About 1st Casey Scout Group

The aim of Scouting is to encourage the physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual development of young people so they may play a constructive role in society as responsible citizens and as members of their local and international communities. 1st Casey Scout Group provides opportunities for youth aged from 6 to 18 years to gain valuable life skills and grow their self confidence, whilst developing leadership and team skills.

Our Joeys, Cub Pack and Scout Troop meet at Akoonah Park, Berwick, and our Venturers are hosted at Gabbarra (an amalgamation of 1st Casey, 1st Berwick & Berwick Central scout groups) and usually meet at 1st Berwick Scout Group hall.

1st Casey is part of the Casey District and Bays region, and members live in Berwick and the nearby suburbs of Beaconsfield, Officer, Pakenham, Narre Warren and Cranbourne. An amalgamation of 2nd and 3rd Berwick, our scarf is red with blue and green edging, and a tartan square.

Come along and join 1st Casey Scout Group for fun, challenges and adventure, and the opportunity to make new life long friends.
